If you’re feeling too much stress or high levels of anxiety then this course is for you.

Maybe you’re stressing over things that you have no control over - but stress anyway.
Maybe you’re feeling anxious knowing that it doesn’t help you  - but feel it anyway.
Maybe you're feeling more anger or frustration than you’d like.
Maybe you’ve just got too much going on and need to take a step back - but don’t know how.

I have personally felt all these things and still do sometimes.
That feeling of overwhelm, of feeling like things are sometimes spiralling out of control.
That feeling of trying to be all things to everyone… maybe aiming for perfection in certain areas of your life. And the immense frustration that comes with that.

Whether you’re feeling these things at home or work, this course will teach you how to handle stress and anxiety in a helpful and relaxing way.

And when you manage your stress and look at it differently, its life changing to you - and can be to those around you too!

Too much stress is actually dangerous. Lots of research points to it, not only impacting your mental health, but also physical health which can lead to a range of illnesses and conditions.
We are a nation of stress heads due to the seriously busy and pressurising lifestyles we lead.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.

In 6 weeks, I will teach you techniques and strategies for calming your mind down and learning how to manage your stresses in a more helpful way using mindfulness and relaxation exercises.
Plus working on your present and future mindset.

Here’s what we’ll be covering:

Week 1:
Becoming Aware…
An introduction to mindfulness and relaxation - and why being present is helpful.
Creation of your own personal Balance Wheel to discover which areas need more attention in your life.
Learn how to become more present plus breathing exercises to practice to instantly calm.

Week 2:
How to bring more pleasant moments into your awareness.
Body scan relaxation practice and learn how to practice this yourself to release stress.
Release emotional pain from your past or present.

Week 3:
Staying Present…
How to track unpleasant emotions and feelings.
Mindful movement and activity to reduce stress and anxiety.
How to practice mindful eating and the power of this.

Week 4:
The Power of Your Thoughts…
Full body relaxation.
Thoughts and their impact activity.
How to help yourself with your thoughts to reduce and release stress and anxiety.

Week 5:
Self Care..
Guided imagery relaxation.
The differences between self-care and selfish behaviours activity.
Creation of your personal self-care action plan to reduce stress and anxiety.

Week 6 (at least 2 weeks later):
The Future..
Mindfulness breathing exercise.
Review of your action plan and how it’s helped you.
Shaping your future with inclusion of mindfulness and relaxation.

When it will be:
The next group course will be on Monday Evenings:

20th April, 27th April, 4th May, 11th May, 18th May and 8th June.

Group size:
There will be no more than 5 people per course to keep it personal.

Price for the course in a group is £99 per person and includes materials and strategies to take away.

Other Information

The course can also be completed in groups of 2 at £199 each or privately at £399 each.  
Sessions can be booked to accommodate.

Course attendees are advised to check with their GP or medical professional if they have any medical conditions or questions. This course may not be suitable with certain psychiatric conditions.
