Why ‘Wellbeing’ Walking?
I often run wellness events at venues inside and personally I love to walk so Wellbeing Walking is a combination of the both!
During this walk you’ll be given topics or questions to chat about which will be focused around adopting a healthy & positive mindset.
You can walk and talk to fellow walkers who may be feeling similar and it’s a lovely way of getting to know other people.
Walking whilst talking about these helpful wellbeing subjects is giving you both physical and emotional therapy.
Additionally being out in beautiful surroundings and within nature only strengthens our wellbeing. There is so much research linked to nature and a happier mindset.
All fitness levels welcome.
Only EXTREME weather conditions or circumstances will prevent the walk from going ahead.
Dress appropriately for the weather conditions and bring water.
Walks are around 45 mins - 1 hour.
Free of charge.
The walks are Mondays at 10am term time only.
Restarting 13th January 2020.
